Burrabadeen, Vic March 2010 - present day
I am currently employed by a 3500 acre cattle and sheep property in Victoria. My job is very varied and involves all aspects of general farm maintenance including fencing, tractor work, animal husbandry, pasture management, stock water maintenance and hay making.
Matthews Contracting, Vic October 2009 - March 2010
Matthews is a hay and silage contractor, I worked here on a casual basis until I found something more permanent. My duties here involved mowing, raking, wrapping and general maintenance on all machinery.

Wallal Downs is a large scale cattle property in West Australia. I was employed them as a Station Hand and my duties included the following -
General property maintenance, fencing, handling livestock, maintenance and servicing of station vehicles and machinery, operating tractors and front end loader, welding, concreting, installing tanks and troughs for cattle, laying polypipe and setting up yards for mustering
Throughout my time at Wallal it was important that I worked as part of a team but also have the initiative to work safely unsupervised.
South Boorook, Vic August 2006 - June 2007
South Boorook is a cattle property in Western Victoria. I was employed as a Farm Hand and my main duties included -
General property maintenance, fencing, handling livestock, maintenance and servicing of station vehicles and machinery, operating tractors and front end loader, welding, concreting, installing tanks and troughs for cattle, laying polypipe and setting up yards for mustering
I left here as I wanted to experience working with different cattle and country.
Dalyston Timber Treat, Vic April 2003 - August 2006
Timber Treat is a retail timber yard and treatment plant, I took on a self employed role here as a co-manager. My duties involved assisting customers with general enquiries, invoicing, quotes, bespoke orders, operating thicknessers and ripsaws as well as driving forklifts. I also helped with the delivery of orders and oversaw the unloading of big deliveries to the shop. Throughout my time here I also was responsible for the operation of the timber treatment plant.

Current driving license and wheeled front end loader ticket.
